What we collect
When you submit an admission enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, along with your child's first name and age band, the programme you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. If you submit a review we collect the name and relation you enter, your rating and your review text.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a campus visit or admission. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet belonging to the school, accessible only to named school staff. It is not shared publicly and it is never sold or passed to advertisers or third parties.
Children's information
We ask for a child's first name and an age band only — never a date of birth, address, photograph or any document through this website. We ask for the minimum needed to route your enquiry to the right programme.
Photographs
Photographs of children appear on this website only where we hold written consent from a parent or guardian. If you would like a photograph of your child removed, contact us and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while your enquiry is active and for the admission cycle it relates to. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have given us, or to stop contacting you. Call or message us on the numbers on this site and we will act on it.
